RK_mini_01 is the first in the new line of the machines which bring into effect all advantages of SPSIC technology: high efficiency and quality of manufactured products at rather small weight of the machine, low consumption of energy and simplicity of service.

RK_mini_01 is designed to produce building blocks of the size of the standard brick. For manufacture of blocks various raw materials (including ground) can be used.

Seasonal (warm seasons) - at the construction site.

No need for a foundation.
Easy maintenance.
No need for intensive training: one can learn to operate RK_mini_01 in a couple of hours.

MN 05, although being a hand tool, provides better quality of the product than that produced at standard industrial units.

The results of the test carried out at the Building materials and production of construction test centre TSNIIS-TEST show that the items molded at the MN 05 using fine concrete mixture had the density of not lower than 2,300 kg/cub.m., compression strength of 45 MPa (450 kgf/sq.cm) and above, and bending strength starting from 10 MPa (100 kgf/sq.cm). They were graded as F1000 and above by cold resistance for construction concrete, F300 and above by cold resistance for road concrete, and W4 and above by waterproof properties.
